From 16 to 18 April 2016, Gambero Rosso and Antica Corte Pallavicina of the Spigaroli brothers will feature the third edition of "Salumi da Re", the national meeting of breeders, pork butchers and deli meat professionals.
This event, gathering the best Italian deli meats, will feature meetings, tastings and product stands.
On this occasion, Ruliano will present its Perex Suctum Ruliano Dry-cured Ham and its Rudis Armus Dry-cured Shoulder Ham: this outstanding food, whose roots lie in the land around Parma, celebrates the butcher's art in all its glory.
